Is this a subscription?
No! There is only a one time fee and you have access for life!
How long are the workouts?
Workout are roughly 1 hour, 6 days a week.
How do I grow my glutes?
The bootcamp is perfect for you! All of the programs include optional booty band workouts that are designed to grow your legs/glutes! All you need is a set of booty bands and the workouts are built into the program! I offer booty bands under the accessories tab if you need them!
I live/work on the go, can I join?
Absolutely! The program has been designed specifically around this due to the amount of requests! It's the perfect program for truck drivers, crazy work hours/schedules, etc. Everything can be done on the move and the support group is available 24/7 to keep you on track and answer all questions!
What is the bootcamp?
It's an 4-Week, all inclusive program that gives you everything you need for a full body transformation (for all fitness levels and fitness goals) including a personalized diet/meal plan to follow, workouts and my coaching for the entire 4 weeks to keep you on track and ensure
amazing results!
Is this program suitable for beginners?
Absolutely, the bootcamp is designed for all fitness levels, from beginner to expert!
Do you have a program for men?
Of course! All of my programs are equally effective for men and women!
What equipment for the At-Home Workouts?
The at home workouts are designed to require only one set of dumbbells and one set of resistance bands. I offer resistance bands on the website under the accessories tab if you need them and dumbbells under the equipment tab.
What if I am traveling, missing some of it?
This program is available to you for life, you can start, restart, etc. whenever you would like! Many of my clients take time off during the program or life gets in way, no problem at all - the program is extremely flexible as life is unpredictable!
Do I have to share pictures?
NO! Submitting pictures is completely optional ... you have full control of your pictures and we only share those who have provided consent.
