No restrictive cookie cutter diets or hours of training and cardio here, this program offers a wide variety in both diet and training to make it maintainable and realistic! So you want to get ALL THE GAINS, huh? This is the program for you! Our muscle building program is a MASS GAINING program! If your goal is to gain as much muscle as possible, we got you! This program is best for those who are seriously looking to add a lot of muscle mass, increase strength and overall size.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT?  

Workouts: You will receive new workouts every 4 weeks (on the 1st of every month). This will continue as long as you maintain your subscription. Each workout will come with written instructions on reps and sets as well as a demonstration video right in the app! You’ll be able to work at your own pace at any time that works for your schedule! For injuries or convenience, our athletic trainer is available in the support group to modify any workouts for you that you may need. Any training questions you have, ask in the support group, the MB team is waiting to help you and get you set up!

Support Group: In the Minibeast App, you will be added to a social group! Here you will have access to a community of other Gym Muscle Building friends to lean on and gain insight from! Additionally, you’ll have the entire Minibeast Team in the Social Group that will provide a ton of support and help throughout your journey with us! The Minibeast Team consists of two nutritionists, Sam and Nate, The Minibeast Athletic Trainer, Megan as well as the Minibeast Assistant Kayla who has completely changed her life around with Minibeast and of course the queen Bee herself, Carriejune! We will provide you with so many tips and tricks that we’ve found to bring us the best success! We will also be here to answer all of your questions, modify anything you need (nutrition or training), and keep you on track to ensure results!

Nutrition: You will receive your own custom macros based on your current body composition and tailored to your fitness goals to give you the freedom to create meals to your liking! One of the best things about this way of eating is NOTHING and I mean NOTHING is off limits! You’re able to eat anything you want! As long as it fits in your macros! We provide you with many example meals plans to follow as well to take the guess work out of everything and lay out what to eat and when - these are super easy to follow and prepare. Specialty diet plans are also included such as vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, carnivore, nut free, etc. The plan is fully customizable to you and your wants/need and out nutritionists are waiting in the support group to answer all your questions and get you set up!

WHY FREE WEIGHTS? 

Free weights are the industry standard amongst all gyms whereas static equipment is not as standard amongst gyms. In addition, free weights are very beneficial for unilateral movements, which can correct imbalances in the muscle groups ensuring that you are evenly distributing weight lifted on each muscle group. Dumbbells/Free weight lifting also supports the need to engage the core, ensuring that our clients do not have to include additional core exercises (unless you want to of course)!

CARDIO? 

Cardio is not required within any of our programs. 80% of all results are directly correlated to nutrition! You cannot outrun your fork! With the muscle building program, cardio is not recommended. Because of the goals of the program, we actually recommend to steer clear of cardio all together.

WHAT SUPPLEMENTS ARE REQUIRED?  

While we offer many supplements that are leaps and bounds ahead of the industry standard, no supplements are required for success.   

If you’re interested in increasing your results, we’d recommend looking into our Gains 2.0, Gains Extreme, Carbed Up, and our FAA's. 80% of your overall results will come from Nutrition. While supplements are awesome to help fill in any nutritional gaps, such as our best selling Isodelight Protein Powder, and our Cheat Meal Meal Replacement Shake, they are not required to be successful.
